Step 2 Confirming Your Contact Details

As part of running a check we need to confirm that your contact details are correct. This way we can ensure results are dispatched correctly and also so we can contact you if we need more information later on in the check.

Below is a screenshot of Step 2, upon reaching this page an email is automatically sent to the address you provided in Step1.

If you have not received an email to confirm your details please double check the email is correct. This shown underneath the confirm email button and you can change the contact details there as well.

If the email address is correct and still you have not received the confirmation email please check your Junk and Spam folders as some email companies will tend to divert our emails.

Above is a screenshot of the confirmation email. Please copy and paste your code into the box on the site and click confirm. Or you can click on the link under the code and this will open a new window to the next step.
